No Returns or Refunds

All sales made by Istanbul Fashion Supply are final. Due to the nature of wholesale textile trade and international export operations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and shipped.

Quality Assurance

Every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch to ensure compliance with the agreed quality standards. Buyers are encouraged to review all product specifications, samples (if applicable), and order details before confirming a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

In the unlikely event of receiving goods that are damaged in transit or not in conformity with the purchase order, the buyer must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and our team will work with the buyer to find an appropriate solution. However, this does not constitute a general returns or refund policy.

International Orders

For exports outside of Turkey, the buyer is fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their respective country. Delays or additional costs arising from customs clearance are outside our control and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Agreement

By placing an order with Istanbul Fashion Supply, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this No Returns & No Refunds Policy.
